High stakes is a multiplayer 5-reel, 20-line slot game where you compete with up to nine other players to reach the top spot in the ranks of a team of gem thieves.

Every time you spin, your bonus amount increases, based on your stake. To win the biggest bonus, look for two special items on the reels:

Promotion

Moves you up one place. Every time you land a special 'promotion' symbol on the reels, you move up too a higher bonus multiplier. There are nine ranks on the team: The Lookout, Mr. Insider, Miss Demolition, Il Piloto, Hustler, La Distracción, The Geekster, Cat Burglar, and finally The Boss.

Safe-Crack

Triggers the bonus round. Once the safe is cracked, everyone gets paid based the bonus multiplier shown on your rank. The higher your rank, when the safe gets cracked, the more you win.

Your bonus builds with every spin of the reels - the more you bet the faster your bonus grows.

HOW DO I PLAY?

• Press the Spin button
• Win on the reels
• Guess the three-digit code when you get a Safe-Crack item on your reels
• Receive your bonus when the safe is unlocked

Cracking the safe

When you see the Safe-Crack reel item, it's your turn to try and guess the three-digit code that opens the safe. If you get a number right, you receive a promotion and increase the bonus multiplier for all players. If you get it wrong, you decrease the bonus multiplier for all players and you're sent back to the reels. All the other players watch your attempt, so no pressure!

Bonus Payout

When any player gets the third digit correct the Bonus Payout is triggered. The payout you receive is your bonus multiplied by your rank's multiplier. For example, if your bonus is 42 and your rank has a x10 multiplier, you will receive 420 chips. If you leave the game before the Bonus Payout, only your bonus amount is transferred to your Chips balance.

How do I change my bet?

Select your bet per line by clicking on the chips in the bottom right of the screen. Click '+' to increase the number of lines you'd like to play by one. Click 'MAX' to play all 20 lines. The total amount you have staked will be shown as 'BET' at the bottom of the screen.

Once you've chosen your stake and win lines, press the 'SPIN' button. The reels will spin and then stop at random. If the combination of symbols on the reels forms a line of 3, 4 or 5 matching symbols (from the left) on one of the lines you selected to play, you win. Winning lines are highlighted and your winnings are credited to your chips balance. Press the 'Pay table' button at the bottom of the screen to see the pay tables.

Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
