At Signature Technologies we have unprecedented expertise in Architecture and integration. We believe architecture is the heart of integration that is why we put so much emphasis on it.

We believe the architectural proof of concept is a project in its own right. It will have a set of success criteria to be evaluated on exit. If any aspect of this mini project fails to deliver, the whole project 
must be questioned as to its viability, or other solutions sourced. To meet the overall needs of delivery and development; this phase must be short lived and have constant monitoring. A strong stable
architecture is an indicator to a successful project delivery.

To prove the concept the architecture will take a vertical slice through one or more business processes. It must encompass a representative set of requirements that are fundamental to the systems
success. This includes the user interface, the proposed architectural layering, the storage of data and interfaces to any COTS solutions proposed. All technically difficult aspects must be addressed,
at least to the point that a workable strategy can be prepared. Where only a strategy exists, plans need to be put in place to isolate this from the main development, so that will not be impacted.
